You know, I really love this image, and I have hesitated to criticize because I enjoy it so much -- but the one thing that nags at me is that the rails are nice and straight and not overly rusty, there are no weeds growing up through the gravel roadbed between the ties and the wires are all nice and taut. None of these things seem consistent with the idea that the last train came through a long, tong time ago in the same way that the platform part of the image does.

You are absolutely right. I've never thought of adding vegetation or ruining the wires.
